Text of Complaint by CHETNA SHARMA:

I have order a personalized gift item through lovingcrafts.in website. I have provided all the relevant documents like photos they asked. They have also called to send some more photos that I have provided through their whatsapp no. They have given time to deliver the item in 4-5 days. Today I received the item. But it’s not as per the description of product and plus they have pasted some stangers photo. I made the complaint in their whatsapp no. And email support. They told they will recreate the product and it will take 20-25 days. I made order for my friends marrige which is happening in 10th december. What will be use of recreation the product? I asked the company to refund the amout as there will be no use of product if I can’t gift it on time. I have made several calls in customer care no. Whatsapp messages and emails but now they are telling they will not refund the amount.They created mental agoney, emotional abuse, and monetary loss to me. Their customer care don’t providing any solution and neither giving any senior employes no. They are also not providing companies owners no. Why would customer suffer for the companies mistake? I want my money back with compensation. My order no. 20389.
