I have placed and order on 3rd November and product delivered on 13th November as i was out of town so i check product on 15th November one of them was wrong product. So I placed a request for return or replacement. But it got rejected on same day without any reason. So I have written a message to paytm regarding the same and on 16th November again put request of return or replacement. It got rejected again on same reason. So I called on customer care and filled the complaint. But on 19th November complaint got closed by saying that I have refused to return product to Courier guy. But in reality no one came to my place to pic the product. The society in which I stay won’t allow anyone to enter without notification. If you guys want proof then I can show you the detail that no one came to my place for pic any up
