I ordered (Original ORDER # 403-6196065-3721118) a product “AGARO Rejoice Foot, Calf and Leg messager With Heat and Vibration, 80W, 4 Motors, Rolling & Kneading Functions For Pain Relief & Improving Blood Circulation (Grey)” from Amazon on 14-July-2021. However, the seller (Cloud India) and fulfilled by Amazon. However I received a damaged product, I raised an exchange (ORDER # 408-1323922-4245946) but the exchanged item that was delivered to me was even more damaged and worst thing is it was a product returned by another customer which was delivered to me. The packaging was clearly unprofessional and clearly tampered and damaged packaging, Moreover amazon has tried to cover the earlier shipping address of the earlier customer who has returned the product I could see it somehow by carefully removing the packaging tape,. I want to raise a case against Amazon as unfair trade practice fooling the customer. I sincerely appeal to provide me justice and compensation from Amazon for the harassment and writhe I am going through.
