Shifto 1kg — Defective and wrong product delivered

I had ordered a product online on COD basis. Received the delivery through Ekart. The product received is broken and completely different from what was show while ordering. This ShiftO 1kg company seems to be a fraud company. Ekart should take some actions while registering the companies. I want my money back. There is no customer service contact provided for any such complains.
