On 29 July I registered a complain on boat website for replacing my defective neckband (Boat Rockerz 295 V2) aand after some day they took my neckband and on 6th of September they gave me a new one but when I onpen it I found that it was another product (Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+) and I don’t want this I want my original product that is Boat Rockerz 295 V2

Please help me to get it
My Warranty ticket for this complain is 2929863
