is is to inform you with immense disappointment that Coolgirly online shopping website has delivered wrong product and I have paid through COD.
I first time did shopping with Coolgirly with the expectation that it would be the reason of complement. Instead of that, it has become the reason of headache. I have ordered ‘PASTEL GREEN STONE EMBROIDERED NET BRIDAL GOWN’ with the order No. 18626 on 9th January 2020.
The product has been delivered through Speed post on 20th January, 2020 and accordingly I did COD of rupees 800/- to the postman. According to the post man if I tear the product and checked, then I have to pay the requisite amount, otherwise I have to send it back. I checked the product details on the invoice pasted on the packing. The product name was rightly written on the product description note. So I decided to receive the item. After receiving the product I torn the packet and surprisingly found the wrong product has been delivered to me. I then and there contacted the postman on his number and requested him to return it back. But according to him, as I have torn the packet, it can’t be returned back to him.
I have already filled up the ‘RETURN & REFUND FORM’ on your website. Your contact number of customer care is showing ‘INVALID’ every time.
This is totally unprofessional attitude at your end. I used to buy products online every time. But, never faced this kind of disappointing situation before.
I want return back rupees 800/- As Soon as Possible. Now I don’t want the product. At least return back my money. Otherwise I have to report it to the government level. I want my money back with the right order .
