I ordered Red Tape Men White/Blue sneaker on 21st Oct and they delivered the wrong product (image attached) after that i have tried to return the product but they rejected my complaint. Then i have tried the customer care one of the executive the name which I remember (Mr Irshad) multiple times Inspite of helping they are ignoring my Complaint. They have provided me link to upload images multiple times i have uploaded it.. silly excuse they are giving U haven’t called us after uploading images( which they haven’t informed me while on a call) 2nd times they said my name is not visible in the paper. So u have to upload again. Does my name matter to them or product they have send me. Need
