I had ordered shoes but Myntra has delivered me flipflop and after so much conversation over call and commitment from them that shoes will be delivered now but again I received flip flop and i Registered the complaint but no resolution
1st Complaint(10-Sep-22) – IN22091012214985793042 – complaint closed without my consent even after sharing that wrong product delivered
2nd Complaint (12-Sep) – IN22091220444898828949 – Complaint closed without resolution given to me and they even didn’t discussed with dealer about wrong product delivered to me
3rd Complaint (14-Sep) – IN22091519461042329505 – complaint suppose to close on 17 but they closed it without any update to me and initiated the refund
There was no proper communication made within their department and everyone taken my request granted and i am high blood pressure person and these things affected my health and everyone was unaware about the issue and even manager doesn’t know how to handle the concern as he made me helpless and left my case unsound
I would request take this request ahead and help me to get my ordered product and amount of expenses which impacted on my health
Without my consent they closed all the complaint and initiated the refund
I wanted to lodge complaint against for mentally and emotionally affected my health and didn’t even delivered promised product
