I have ordered Moto-G6 Tempered glass but I received another mobile tempered glass. I called to customer care executive but she denied to return it because product is not comes under return policy. If I got wrong product then how return policy will not be applicable. Where is my fault? It is company responsibility to deliver correct product to customer.
