Text of Complaint by Annwesha Banerjee:

I ordered a Samsung S22 plus phone from Amazon India on 6th of March. They delivered S22 instead of S22 plus on 18th of March. Since then I have been following up with them to get the correct phone delivered and they have kept on asking for time. I have followed up for so many times but no resolution provided as usual. No ETA provided no update given. Order number 406-0537350-9817106. Need your urgent help on this.
