I ordered Vivo 4G Smartphone on hope4shops.co.in on 17/3/22 by COD. They delivered wrong product on 27/3/22. The wrong product is writing tablet with some card games. I received a totally different product and even COD amount was completely different. On order details of hope4shops.co.in amount is Rs.2,899 against order ID 74712. Delivered order amount is Rs.1,999. I contacted the courier company person called Delhivery. She assured me that the money will be refunded in 2 – 3 days time as such type of fraud products happen sometimes. But now I have not heard from her and she does not pick up the call. I don’t know whom to blame. I do not want the wrong product and I want my money back.
