Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Mahammada Rafi Syed, I stay in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. I placed order Sujatha Powermatic Plus, Juicer Mixer Grinder, 900 Watts, 2 Jars on 12 of Jan 2022 along with Boat ear phones, Big muscle pre work out, Pintola Peanut Butter, Wood chopping board, pack of Bandana. The Order Number is 171-1314475-7613969. The complaint is regarding Sujatha Mixer grinder as I received Soap box instead of Mixer Grinder. On 17th Jan evening I received call from delivery agent & delivered me a small box, I though it could be other product from my order. Once I receive the order & reach my floor I got the notification that Mixer Grinder has delivered. I opened the pack to check it was soap box. Immediately I called to Amazon customer care to inform this & they took the complaint stating that they need 5 working days to resolve it. I called on 25th Jan to customer care they mentioned that they have delivered right product & I denied & share the pics through email & asked to reinvestigate. After 54 minutes of conversation they agreed to reinvestigate but asked me to call after 5 days. Today i.e 1/31/2022 I called to find out the details, The team said the right product delivered & I mentioned that i have all the evidence including apartment CC camera to share. Amazon team forwarded my call to highest authorized person to resolve this & he mentioned his name is Mr. Sree Ram, I was explaining in professional language but this was rudely speaking to me & disconnected my call saying that he wont help me anything regarding this order & disconnected my call without listening me. I called thrice I got the same response thrice. I have all the call records & I was requesting them to deliver my product as I paid 5249 rupees. Please do the justice.
