I had ordered sennishher Bluetooth earpods worth rs 6999\- and amazon sent me Digitek earpods worth rs. 800-1000/-. On complaining about this amazon blocked my account and now I am not able to contact them on call. they are sent emails for the past 6 days asking for the order id and tracking number which I can’t retrieve and mailed this thing several times.
