On 5th November 2021 I have ordered redmi 9 activ of ₹8499., But on 10th November I got glasses in the package and invoice is different inside the package.
I talk to Amazon customer service they put
1st replacement but the delivery boy denied to take the package than again I talked to Amazon they put pickup but again delivery boy denied and said ..we do not get any confirmation mail of wrong item pickup from Amazon.
Now I talked to Amazon ,they put investigation on this issue on (15/11/2021) for 5 days .
But now they are giving excuse that not able to contact .that’s investigation has stopped.
