I purchased a Laptop(AVITA LIBER V NS14A8INF542-CS Thin and Light 14 inch (35.56cm) Laptop( Intel Core i5-10210U/ 8GB/256GB SSD /Win 10 Home/ Backlit Keyboard/ Fingerprint Sensor/ MSO 365) 1.28kg, Cloud Silver
Sold by: Appario Retail Private Ltd) of Rs.40,990/- on 14th October 2021 and received a toy laptop on 15th October 2021, same day I informed Amazon customer care. They said please upload unboxing video on [email protected]. I did the same. They told me that we are investigating on your order and will take 5 days. After 3 days I again called customer care for the update. They said one report has came that you received a right product. Another report will take 2 more days. On 5th day I called him again they told that as per return and replace policy we can not help you. You had received right product. I told them it’s not fair without sharing any information with me how can you close the complain window. I told them I will go consumer forum they told as you wish. You can go anywhere we can’t help you.
