On 22nd October , I have ordered One Plus Nord CE 5G (Blue Void, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB Storage). Today I have received a wrong product (Samsung Dummy phone) in One Plus Nord cover. I asked the delivery agent tk wait so that I can check the product. He said it’s not his scope of work and moved away. I spent approx 22000 and received a dummy samsung model phone!! By Amazon! I have already escalated and replacement arranged but that will be on Monday! Why not tomorrow? But I am lost my faith with Amazon, the replacement must be with the phone I have ordered and delivery person must wait till I check the product.
I have seen many complains where Amazon refused such replacement , I am very worried if I will receive my product and money or not.
Please help.
