i ordered the pairs of socks which was received on 12oct 2012 but instead they sent me a ladies kurta .when return was generated they registered a complaint and said to be solved within time but since then 10 days have passed even the wrong delivered package is not picked by delivery man.every time i register a return their dialogue box shows query solved without replacing the order or generating a refund.
