I’ve purchased a mobile phone (Samsung M21) from amazon.in and the phone was dispatched 4-5 days after the purchase. Moreover, the IMEI number on invoice and IMEI number phone doesn’t match. I also purchased extended warranty from amazon and it also has the same issue the IMEI number on warranty card doesn’t match with the phone. When I contacted the seller he refused to support.
