My Self samiulla i purchased HP 245 G7 commercial ( athlon 3050u, 4gb ram 1 tb hdd ) on 27.05. 2021 night 7.30pm when unbox the package i was shocked instead of i received weighing machine. immediately i contacted amazon contact center they ask me to share to photos of the product what is revived. they said 04.06 .2021 they will resolution.
i have contacted amazon contact center people today ( 04.06.2021) they replied due to internal error your received wrong product. we are placing return pickup and refund request.
i said on 27.05.2021 HP 245 G7 commercial ( athlon 3050u, 4gb ram 1 tb hdd ) cost was 21999rs i got discount 1000rs net amount paid 20999rs.
if i need to buy same laptop in amazon cost 27046rs.
i inform them i need same laptop HP 245 G7 commercial ( athlon 3050u, 4gb ram 1 tb hdd ) and what price i ordered on 27.05.201 same price amazon accepted which is 20999rs
they replied if you if want we will refund amount 20999rs
i said i need to buy same (HP 245 G7 commercial ( athlon 3050u, 4gb ram 1 tb hdd ) which cost around 27000rs as on today ( 05.04.2021) bcz of their mistake why should i need to pay additional 6000rs extra.
kindly help out in this issue provide solution.
