The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a silver design dressand i received golden design dress.i requested for return on 2 April i called customer care abd raised a complain .i told them i received wrong product .It was told to me i will recieve update on 6 th .On 6 wen i called they said my request is declined because product was in good condition.i told them again that i received wrong product it has no connection with quality.They again registered a complain and said i will recieve update by 12 april.In 12 wen i called they said your complain is open please wait for more 24 to 48 hours. Everytime wen i call them they give me new Date.
