With due respect I had ordered two items with order id 12292564756 in which in place of black shirt I received blue shirt that is wrong delivery as per my order .

Same date I had raised a gentle complaint and kind PayTm acquiesce the fault for replacement but they have neither taken back wrong delivered product nor given my ordered delivery and also not giving the response since couple of days.

I am old customer of Paytm and still posses faith that’s why still ordering my needs through Paytm.

Your good self is requested Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
