I ordered a Women’s sweater ( sold by Ilatim Enterprises) from Amazon and I received a wrong product. I suppose it’s a pathetic quality used top without any tag. Amazon had kept this product out of the purview of return deliberately. I tried contacting Amazon customer service but they are unresponsive.
Kindly look into the fraud and arrange me a refund.
