Dear Sir,
I have ordered ‘Bajaj Majesty PC Delux 25 Ltr Geyser’ on paytm mall.com but actual product delivered to me is different. Images of boxes of the product delivered to me is also attached in this mail. I want to get a replacement of this product with the one which I have ordered. I am happy to provide any of the information required for your investigation.
This is to request you to take immediate action against the seller and provide the replacement to me on immediate basis.
In connection with the ticket no. 175706904 raised by me, I would like to inform you that this query is not yet closed. Paytm.com is not giving any revert on this mail.
