I have ordered a Sony headphone and Sony airpod vide order no. 81674 .on 11/07/2020 but i have been delivered cheap quality made in china product which costs not more than Rs.200 through ekart courier company vide consignment no. PKRC7000082519 on 18/07/2020 .
I tried to contact them through their website but there is no contact details available.The only address which i can see on the delivery package is “Upper ground pocket 27,Rohini pincode-110085 , Delhi , New Delhi “. Also there is a phone number which is switched off (7381659320).
I would like if you take action on this.
