Subject: Complaint regarding unauthorized COD delivery and refund request
I received a parcel through with AWB number 43293410507312.
I did not place any order for this product. However, the delivery was marked as Cash on Delivery, and I paid ₹999 at the time of delivery.
Seller name mentioned: FNZDEALS
Order ID: FZRT129400
Product: Mens Apparels Set (Size L)
This appears to be an unauthorized / fraudulent delivery. I request you to:
1. Investigate this shipment
2. Provide seller details
3. Initiate a refund of ₹999 immediately
I have attached proof of parcel and invoice.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
