Sir,
I had ordered for an JBL Boombox Bluetooth speaker for Rs. 999/- from on SHINESSUMMER company based at Delhi, and was delivered some other speaker yesterday, which is faulty and not working. I may equest you to kindly do the needful to protect the rights of a consumer, at the earliest. Came to know that many innocent consumers have gone through the same fraudulent act of the said company.
