I have ordered Engraved heart necklace with red color bear giftbox with order no. FC7222, I’m eagerly waiting for the product which is shown in the website but … The product which I received is totally different from what I seen in the website, so I tried to reach the forecalm via mail but no response till now, return policy is mentioned in the website but return option is not there, without return option how can I return the product…pls do the needful… I want my full amount of rs.1960 asap
