I’ve ordered a velvet suit but received an entirely different order that is a random piece of cloth. Upon raising a return, the pick up agent refused to pick up as it doesn’t match the image he has. For the same reason I’m returning it though. I paid for something and received useless item. On contacting Meesho, they are helpless and said can’t help and disconnected chat. No contact number provided though.
