I ordered a product on 15TH Jan 2020 through Paytm App.
Product Name- Varanga Viscose Regular Fit Festival Kurta with Palazzo Grey
Amount-2209
I received a wrong product on around 18th Jan 2020. I requested for return on 21 Jan and my return request was rejected by the Vendor on 22 Jan. I called paytm Customer Care for help on 24 Jan and since then i have continuously followed up with them though my Mail. I have sent all the images of the wrong product from all the angles and weightlog/ Bill/ Box images have also been send but they also rejected my return saying that the product but it is clearly not.
