I am writing to file a complaint regarding the product that I recently received from your company. Unfortunately, the product delivered to me is not what I ordered.
I ordered Saree but I got delivery of a dress.
On 5/11/2023, I placed an order for cream saree on your website with order number 16500. However, when the package arrived on 10/11/2013, I was shocked to find that it contained anarkali dress instead of the product that I had ordered.
I immediately checked the packaging, which clearly stated that it was the incorrect product, and I also took some photographs of the package and its contents as proof. I should receive the correct product that I originally ordered as soon as possible.
I would like to request a prompt resolution to this matter, and I am hoping that you will take immediate action to rectify the situation. I am willing to return the incorrect product at your convenience.
