I had I had purchased redmi powerbank 10000 mah whereas it been delivered uborn Power Bank to my senior citizen mother although it was open box delivery but it was made to my senior citizen mother and now when I have tried returning it or getting refund back the system is continuously rejecting my request.
I have also uploaded the pictures in Flipkart and I am attaching here also I request you all to please resolve my issue as soon as possible as it’s harassing my mental peace now.
