Text of Complaint by Neena:

I ordered a gown from this site on 5 September and received a wrong product on 11 September. I have mailed them 5-6 times and there’s is no response. Also, the phone number provided on the site does not connect. There is no other way to contact them. I am very frustrated and just want my refund.
