I have placed an order from Faction Hut, Plot No 46 Near Daram Kanta BA DLI, North West Delhi, 110042. The order was of Linen Full Sleves Shirt 4 quantity. I received wrong product and also the quantity is 2 instead of 4. I don’t have any customer care for this as well. I am also not able to return the order.
The order is COD, and I paid to the deliver partner that was E-Kart. Can you help me in looking this matter of fraud and scam.
