I had ordered a saree from Flipkart through open box delivery, and after mistakenly making the payment, I realized that the delivered product is incorrect. The delivery boy refused to accept returns, and Flipkart customer care is not taking any action. If they wish, they can match the product that was delivered with the photo taken by the delivery boy. The two products are different.
I kindly request an exchange for the product I originally ordered.
