I have ordered air cooler from Flipkart worth around 9500 but I have ordered new iot model air cooler and received normal one so that I have escalated this issue and initiate replacement but still I am not getting any response everyday I am calling no one can give proper response..i am waiting past 15 days kindly check and take necessary actions
