After watching advertisement of Sonshop on Instagram, I ordered storage basket (pack of 9) in Rs. 1099/- vide Order ID 6901-196 dated 5th Feb. 2023 and choose COD option as it was the only available mode of payment on their site.

I had paid the amount on receiving the package from Delhivery. After payment I opened the package and found one bedsheet and that too very cheap quality and unfit for use.

I tried to contact them by email / complain on website but no reply.

It’s a clear case of fraud and I am requesting to please help me and stop this advertisement so no one else got trapped or become victim of Sonshop.
