On 13 feb 2023 i ordered samsung buds 2 pro from jiomart and after delay they delivered me on 20 feb 2023 and it was wrong product then i called jiomart for return but they deny by saying that i opened packet. But i send pics to jio mart as per i received packet. They continuously blaming me for their own mistake. I PUTcomplaint on NCH PORTAL but they are not replying there and personally mailing me harassing me that they will not provide refund.
