Text of Complaint by Naveen Mam:

I had ordered a Sony headphone fromVlebazaar.in on 27 February ’23 via order id 2027498. The product was delivered on 1 March. I immediately complained to the seller that a wrong product has been delivered. I had ordered Sony WH-CH710N, instead what was delivered was Sony WH-CH510 which is an inferior and cheaper product. I have raised a support ticket on their website as their customer service is not helpful at all.
I received a response where they admitted that they have shipped the wrong product by mistake but I should use the product as it is similar to the product received and in the same price range.
I responded by sending them links to both products from the manufacturer’s website which detail the differences in features and pricing and repeated my claim for a refund. This was 3 days back and I have not received a response so far.
This seems to be a fraudulent operation and I would request your help in getting the refund from Vle bazaar.
