Text of Complaint by Pankaj Bora:

Ordered a Nothing Ear Stick from your site on December 26, 2022.

Sold by Karan Enterprise, 38, Platinum Plaza, VT Nagar, Surat, Gujarat.

When I opened the parcel, I was shocked to find that instead of my ordered product, there is a charging adaptor inside the package.

I immediately raised a query and requested for replacement only to find out after a couple of days that the replacement will be done by 18th February, 2023 i.e. More than one and a half months later.

For a product which is available on their site for next day delivery, why will someone wait for one and half months, for a mistake or fraud done by their end and their seller?????

I have been continuously chasing their customer care executives and got fake and scripted assurances from their end.

Then after weeks of chasing, their pick-up guy comes to pickup the product but refused to collect it saying he is told to collect the faulty product, not wrong product.
After that, now they have shown my issue is resolved and now I can’t raise a return request.

So I am left with no choice but accept the situation as it is.

Got duped with Rs. 6500 due to Flipkart unfriendly customer care support.
