Text of Complaint by Munmun Debnath:

On 15th July 2023, I have ordered (1)Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote (includes TV and app controls) | HD streaming device, and (2)Gubb Silicon Face Cleansing Brush Made With Ultra Hygienic Soft Silicone – Soft & Thin Bristles for Gentle Exfoliation – Multipurpose Silicone Brush. On 16th july, I have received the wrong product Waghbakri Instant Coffee pouches. I called customer care and inform this incident to Amazon customer care respective departments. They have told me they will investigate this incident and resolve by 22nd July and also told me that my order id will be the service request id 2023, however on 27th July 23 when I checked my account about the status of the complaint it was showing that service request window has been closed and the issue has resolved. I dot not return my product, also not getting any refund money then how did this issue got resolved? Its clear incident of fraud from Amazon company. If the respective department would verify with my account that I never ever ordered the Waghbakri instant coffee, also they would check that I have made the UPI Payment for the fire stick & cleansing brush, they could easily understand how irresponsible is Amazon seller team, however without any investigation, they closed down my request and cheated with me
