Dear Sir, Madam

On , I made an Amazon purchase from LG company soundbar, a LG 300 watt 2.1 wireless Bluetooth soundbar for the sum of Rs. 11900. On 9 oct 2021 I received the wrong product. The
item sent was a .
The product you delivered is not in accordance with the purchase contract I concluded with you.
I therefore here with request you to send me the right product free of charge within 7 days of the date
in this 11 oct 2021. I m trying return option given website but that could not shown any response. I am request please take a serious response for this blunders..it is never expected with Amazon company. This is such a big fraud. I am sending the invoice order bill pdf and that product which I received.
