I ordered a smart watch worth rupees 10,000/- on 31/12/20. A package was delievered on 5th January 2021 , and I have paid rupees 10,000/- to the delievery executive. When I opened the package, I have received a glass jar only. No watch was sent to me. No help from amazon customer care is provided till date.
