I ordered a neckband oppo enco m32. When I received the item, the packaging was intact but the item inside is of different brand not oppo but some old and damaged product from boult. Even after sending all the necessary evidence, the seller is not accepting my return request and Flipkart is saying that they cannot do anything if the seller doesn’t accept. So, if a seller wants to screw you over you are on your own. Flipkart won’t help you. And the only way to reach the seller is via post, which is absurd at this day and age. The ratings for this BUZZINDIA seller is false. There are many fraud cases against this seller but still no action against them.
