Text of Complaint by Kunal:

Sir I’ve ordered a ps5 controller on 1st December from flipkart and a wrong parcel arrived on 8thdec which was a PS3 controller or a used product arrived at my doorstep then on 8th dec I applied for a replacement through flipkart and that arrived today but e-kart employees are telling me to e-mail to this address and let you know of this situation first before they provide me with my replacement pls you have doo something about this I need my product as soon as possible it’s already been 12+ days pls look into this…..
