Dear Sir,
Viewing advertisement on the Instagram I ordered a combo of Sony earbuds and neckband worth Rs – 1399/- from sweet-sound-electronic.myshopify.com on 13/11/2022, Sunday evening. The order is delivered today but the packet contains a poor quality headphone of MRP Rs – 749/-. Now on opening the website it it showing “This store is unavailable”. I have made payment (Rs – 1399/- for COD) today on 18/11/2022 using UPI to UPI ID amazonsellerservices.98397377@hdfcbank. Now I need refund or wright product. And please take action against these fraud sellers.
