Text of Complaint by NIDHI SINGH:

i ordered a 2 shuit dupatta set from meesho but i got something else only cheep product 2 kurti received when i request for refund my refund request was accepted and no one came to take the return and my refund request was cancelled automatically then after i call mesho customer care she told me bcz of some error it was happen and I request refund and return product again after some days second refund date Return pick-up date also passed then i called customer care again Then she said sorry sir again i put request for return pick-up for you and then suddenly He said that the product which you have received is not the one which you have ordered.So you didn’t have to send refund request for this but you had to inform us and complain And there is some time for your complaint, it has passed, so now we cannot help you. it means those people ate my money.
