I ordered two one plus NORD phone on 08 nov 20 worth 27999rs each. 1st phone was delivered correctly on 09 nov20 but the second phone delivered on 10 nov 20 was a dummy phone in an intact amazon packing.

I immediately raised the complaint , amazon asked me to contact banker which I did , hdfc bank said amazon should confirm non delivery then only then they can stop the EMI. I raised the complaint with amazon london office , they told me to send pics of dummy phone n invoice for an investigation and assured me of fair trial n refunding complete money by 19 nov 20. On 19 nov 20 when I tried to contact, they sent a forced msg that refund time for the product has passed. With great difficulty I contacted amazon on+44 and asked about refund , rep bluntly told me my case is investigated n closed and no refund will be given!! I was shocked I spoke to their leadership team mr teja ..he also showed his helpless ness and confirmed that sir nothing can be done case is closed . I am shocked n disappointed how conveniently they have fleeced a SERVING SOLDIER and given a blatant reply .
I HAD SENT AN MESSAGE TO SELLER ALSO THROUGH AMAZON ALSO BUT HE HASN’T REPLIED.
LODGED A COMPLAINT TO HDFC BANK ALSO BUT THEY ARE ASKING FOR A CONFIRMATION FROM AMAZON OR MERCHANT.
I do not have any option to lodge a consumer complaint and FIR againt a fraud deal. Plz help and ask amazon to refund full amount or deliver the correct product immediately. Col Sanjay Chauhan phone 943890952
