Hi,

I ordered an item from amazon with 
Order# 404-1713890-3785150 
in this, I ordered many items and one item was 2 kg dry dates (
EXOTES, Yellow Dry Dates Chuara Vacuum Packed Pouch g Pack of 4x250s, Natural, 1000 Gram
Sold by: Cloudtail India).

In this order, I got (250 gram of almonds and 250 grams of cashew). see as an attachment.

I filed complain at the same time within 30 minutes and provide all the required details which I am attaching in this complain.
They requested 2 days for investigation on 5 march around 9.40 Am.

Today I was checking the status of complaining about customer care so they said by our internal investigation team update that I got the same product which I ordered.
Then I request please provide me at least proof of any inventory/storage/packing picture so you can prove that I got the same product, they denying providing this.

I invested my time and money both.
If we look closely at the package its showing a total weight of 1.04 kgs. how is it possible that 1.04 kgs packs can contain 2 kgs dry dates?

now I don’t know how to deal with it, they send something else and denying.
I request to you please take strong action on this and make sure they provide all the related proof in such investigation to the customer.
