Text of Complaint by Haraprasad Chatterjee:

I am Haraprasad Chatterjee, staying in Hyderabad. I have ordered Moto G5s Plus (Blush Gold, 64GB).Please note that I have received, on 18 the Jan ,the Gray color phone which I have not ordered. However on the Invoice also says supplier has sent Blush Gold  color. Same I was informed to Customer care on the same day. They told the investigation is going on and it will be provided on 26 th Jan. I called customer care on the same day and confirmed that there was packing different so I was received wrong product and accordingly item will schedule for pick up and will get full refund.
The pick up schedule was arranged on 27 th JAn. The pick up boy has come to received the item and asked to switch on the mobile but I did not switch on the mobile phone after receiving on 18th Jan. Today first time I have switch on the mobile but has take 5 min and pick up boy tells he will come after few minutes but he has not come till.

While switch on the phone I have checked imei no as below.
356480080426434 and 356480080426442.
 Previously I have informed that I was not received whatever I have ordered and mobile packet is different while inside phone is different.(Attached)
In the packet mobile description is brush gold having IMEI no as
356480080360773 and 356480080360781
 I believe that when the product is different it must have different IMEI no which is reflected. The same was discussed with Amazon customer service and they are agreed for that.
After that Amazon have rescheduled for pick up on 27 th. The delivery boy has not come for pick up.
After that Amazon have rescheduled for pick up on 28 th. The delivery boy has not come for pick up.
After that Amazone have rescheduled for pick up on 29 th and now I am waiting.
I have paid full payment while purchasing the item and I understood that Amazon is doing fun with us and waiting for the last date of return so neither way we can return and neither I am getting full refund.
Looking your kind attenuation to resolve the mentioned issue.
