I am Haraprasad Chatterjee, staying in Hyderabad. I have ordered Moto G5s Plus (Blush Gold, 64GB).Please note that I have received, on 18 the Jan ,the Gray color phone which I have not ordered. However on the Invoice also says supplier has sent Blush Gold color. Same I was informed to Customer care on the same day. They told the investigation is going on and it will be provided on 26 th Jan. I called customer care on the same day and confirmed that there was packing different so I was received wrong product and accordingly item will schedule for pick up and will get full refund.
The pick up schedule was arranged on 27 th JAn. The pick up boy has come to received the item and asked to switch on the mobile but I did not switch on the mobile phone after receiving on 18th Jan. Today first time I have switch on the mobile but has take 5 min and pick up boy tells he will come after few minutes but he has not come till.
